OEHL Season Underway This Weekend

It will be a historic weekend as Sr. “AA” hockey returns to the Ontario Hockey Association.

The 2023-2024 Ontario Elite Hockey League regular season begins play on Friday night (October 6th) in Port Elgin, with the Saugeen Shores Winterhawks hosting the Milverton Four Wheel Drives at 8:30 p.m.

On Saturday October 7th, the Tavistock Royals will raise the banner commemorating last season’s “AA” Championship, before hosting the debuting Georgian Bay Applekings at 7:30 p.m.

Live scoring (when available) can be viewed through our stats provider, Gamesheet Inc. or by clicking the “Scores” tab at the top of our website.

Each team will play a 20-game regular season, with the top-8 teams in the standings qualifying for the “AA” Championship playoffs. The 9th-11th place teams will play for the “A” Championship.
